This website is owned and operated by Adam and Chloe Noble of Adam in the Wild Photography. Throughout this website, the terms “us”, “our” and “we” refer to Adam and Chloe Noble of Adam in the Wild Photography. These Terms and Conditions (Terms of Service, Terms) describe under which conditions you may use our website and services. This website is an online gallery and store offered to you (the user, the customer) under the condition that you read and accept the Terms. By accessing our website and/or purchasing goods (using our services), you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of this site without exception. These Terms and Conditions apply to all pages, tools, and content included in this site without exception.

In order to use our services, you must at least 18 years of age or of or over the age of majority in your jurisdiction and posses the legal authority, right and freedom to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement. You are not allowed to use this website and/or receive services if doing so is prohibited in your country or under any law or regulation applicable to you.

When buying an item, you agree that (i) you have read and fully understand the item description; (ii) you are entering a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you complete the check-out and payment process; (iii) You have read and understand that print sizes may differ slightly (up to 2 inches) from the listing due to measurement unit conversions.

All prices for goods are listed on our website. We reserve the right to change our prices displayed at any time for any reason, and to correct pricing and pricing errors at any time for any reason.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We currently only ship within Canada. If you are browsing from another country and would like to place an order, please contact adaminthewild@outlook.com for assistance. Items are made to order and delivery typically takes 2-6 weeks depending on the product type and quantity. Due to our reliance on 3rd party vendors for manufacture of our products, this timeframe is not guaranteed.

Orders with more than one product may be shipped in multiple packages.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Prints are made to order; therefore, we do not accept returns or offer refunds under any circumstances.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS

If a product is found damaged upon delivery, please note the damage with the carrier and contact adaminthewild@outlook.com within 7 days of the receipt of the package to request assistance in getting a replacement. Proof of damage must be provided with this request. You may be required to ship the damaged product back to Adam and Chloe Noble of Adam in the Wild Photography in order for you to be eligible to receive a replacement.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

Changes and/or cancellations may be considered if requested before the ordered item is in production. We reserve the right to decline changes and/or cancellation requests for any reason at any time. Contact adaminthewild@outlook.com to request a change and/or cancellation.

RETENTION OF RIGHT TO CHANGE OFFERING

We may, without notice, change the products we offer, stop providing the products we offer, or limit the products we offer. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend the sale or access to our services without notice and liability for any reason at any time.

WARRANTIES

We do not offer warranty on any of our products. By completing the check-out and payment process, you agree that you have read and understand the Terms and Conditions of this site and that we do not provide a warranty on any of our products.

OWNERSHIP OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY, COPYRIGHTS, AND LOGOS

All content on this website, including, without limitation, text, images, photos, logos, trademarks, names, copyrights and all intellectual property rights are the exclusive property of Adam and\or Chloe Noble of Adam in the Wild Photography 2012-2022. Nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to create a license for use of the content on this website and you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works thereof. If you are interested in purchasing a limited use license for any of the content on this website, contact adaminthewild@outlook.com.

You recognize and agree that by uploading any content (including, but not limited to text, images and photos) through any means to the website that you own all the relevant rights or received the appropriate license to upload/transfer/send the content. You agree and consent that the uploaded/transferred content may be publicly displayed on the website.

We may permanently or temporarily suspend your access to the service without notice and liability for any reason, including our sole determination you violate any provision of the Terms or any applicable law or regulations.
