Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We currently only ship within Canada. If you are browsing from another country and would like to place an order, please contact adaminthewild@outlook.com for assistance. Items are made to order and delivery typically takes 2-6 weeks depending on the product type and quantity. Due to our reliance on 3rd party vendors for manufacture of our products, this timeframe is not guaranteed.

Orders with more than one product may be shipped in multiple packages.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Prints are made to order; therefore, we do not accept returns or offer refunds under any circumstances.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS
​
If a product is found damaged upon delivery, please note the damage with the carrier and contact adaminthewild@outlook.com within 7 days of the receipt of the package to request assistance in getting a replacement. Proof of damage must be provided with this request. You may be required to ship the damaged product back to Adam and Chloe Noble of Adam in the Wild Photography in order for you to be eligible to receive a replacement.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

Changes and/or cancellations may be considered if requested before the ordered item is in production. We reserve the right to decline changes and/or cancellation requests for any reason at any time. Contact adaminthewild@outlook.com to request a change and/or cancellation.
